CANDIDATES
MBA Conquerors condemns actions which are unethical and attempt to affect livelihood of someone negatively. Based on certain misconduct factors, MBA Conquerors publicly releases a list of individuals who have attempted to hurt MBA Conquerors, directly or indirectly (or covertly). The people on this list may or may not face legal action from MBA Conquerors but we have released this list to promote transparency. Blacklisted candidates will have multiple rights revoked at the final say of the company.

We are aware that this will be perceived negatively by some but we have to emphasize the importance of boundaries, contracts, and agreements without which we cannot serve the right people.

AGREEMENT & QUOTE
Before making any payment, clients are sent a quote by MBA Conquerors management team and are introduced to the consultant. Quote contains the terms of service and agreement.
Once the terms are accepted, service begins immediately upon receiving the payment.
VIOLATION REPORT
All consultants are required to keep a record of engagement to ensure we maintain the quality of service. Violations of agreement (with proof) are provided by the consultant to the management.
Team conducts investigation and identifies the root cause of the issue.
DISPUTE RAISED
Team reaches out to the client to understand what the reason behind violation is and attempts to explain the violation of contract, if any.
Client confirms whether the resolution is acceptable or not (ghosting upon violation of agreement leads to further legal issues)
CLASSIFICATION
If the client refuses to comply with the agreement they had signed before joining the company, the offense is classified based on the nature of transgression from extreme to minor.
Extreme actions which violate the law of the country may be reported to the authorities.
BLACKLISTED
Consultants are immediately informed of discontinuing the engagement and not to communicate with the perpetrators for their own safety.
The perpetrators are informed that they will be blacklisted within a particular timeframe and are given a notice to right the wrongs before the deadline.
LEGAL ACTION
The authorities are informed of the extreme situation and provided proof so that the authorities can take appropriate actions against them.
Background check companies, Legal authorities, Business schools, Immigration office etc., may be informed of the charges.

Dear future MBA Conquerors,
It is with a heavy heart that I have to express that while we work to help people succeed in their MBA dreams, sometimes because of the brilliant quality of our service and unique value proposition, people without integrity or respect for others walk into our consulting sessions expecting us to help them.

MBA Conquerors clarifies their position beforehand in the quote and/or letter that is sent to anyone who joins us. The letter clarifies the terms of service. People have attempted to sabotage the consultants, threaten them, and break agreements which were set by the company in the quote. MBA Conquerors gives people the right to walk away from the engagement before joining us. However, once the quote and letter is accepted and engagement has started (and completed), the agreement has to be followed. Much like any company, MBA Conquerors reserves the rights to set the terms of the service. Those that refuse to agree to the terms are given the opportunity to find another service (before joining).

Despite the clarification being given by MBA Conquerors to everyone, people decide to break the agreement and try to hurt the consultant, the company and much more in a coercive fashion. MBA Conquerors team takes strict measures against such individuals and blacklists the candidates. The blacklisted candidates have all their privileges from MBA Conquerors revoked- from the referral benefits to the ability to connect with any consultant. In addition to this, depending to the severity of the transgression, MBA Conquerors doesn't shy away from taking legal actions which can mean that international students may not be able to get the visa as this will appear on their criminal records and the people who are from the home country of the school may face penalties in their background verification, both the cases affect your candidacy negatively.

While we don't wish to sabotage people's future, we have to acknowledge that acts of threatening the consultants, attempting to engage in economic and financial warfare etc. are all actions of toxic individuals, who are harmful for the culture and environment of any MBA program. Any good person will not engage in such actions and hence we release the blacklist to be displayed openly as a message to future generations to opt into the service by managing their expectations and be self-aware. It is our humble request to everyone to not join us if they find themselves similar to our blacklisted candidates. Our DIY remains free for all to use, so please use that and let our consultants do good for the good people.

BLACKLISTED CANDIDATES NAMES AND REASONS

1. AMRENDRA SAHOO (2024) - Used the ding analysis service for converting the waitlist and refused to follow the terms of service. Amrendra (MBA Tribe co-founder) was waitlisted at Georgetown McDonough MBA, which he later converted. Amrendra was later communicated the same over the email but refused to comply.

2. JIANG QI (2025) - Broke the agreement with MBA Conquerors to provide the testimonial, attempted to manipulate the terms of the quote. Jiang Qi was a scholarship negotiation client (with success) who received successful admits at UCLA Anderson, NYU Stern, UW Foster & USC Marshall.

3. ADITYA CHAJJER (2024) - Granted a pardon conditionally (consultant agreed not to press charges) on breaking the contract but still blacklisted for opting into future services at MBA Conquerors for attempting to engage in actions that came awfully close to gaslighting. Aditya had received successful admits from UNC Kenan Flagler, NYU Stern and USC Marshall.

4. CHIRAG JAIN (2025) - Had opted into the "one school free" service and broke the terms of service with MBA Conquerors to provide feedback. Chirag later reported to have received an invitation from INSEAD.​ Before joining us, Chirag had already received invites from IMD (Switzerland) and IE business school (Spain).
​
5. MINH NHAN HYUN (2024-25) - Repeat offender. Broke the agreement. Nhan was a flagship client who had received successful admits to Emory and UNC with scholarship despite a lower than class average profile.​
​
6. PRATIM PATHAK (2024-25) - Attempting to threaten the consultant (we get a lot of those so there is no reason to take it seriously but we still get to establish the boundaries in such cases). Other minor offenses. Pratim had come to MBA Conquerors for profile review only.

7. BINDU (2024) - Not complying with the agreement and not sharing the profile with the consultant which is a requirement for scholarship negotiation. Multiple infractions. Bindu had reported receiving successful invites from UT Austin (McCombs), Michigan Ross, USC Marshall.

8. RAFI ULLAH (2024) - Breaking the agreement with MBA Conquerors. Rafi had joined us for scholarship negotiations with the condition to share honest communication with the consultant and there were reports of misinformation. Rafi had reported that he had received successful invites from HEC, Tuck, INSEAD, Foster and UT Austin (McCombs).

9. Others who have broken the agreement by not providing a testimonial (2024) - Adit Atrekar (UC Berkeley), Neel Patil (Kellogg, NYU Stern), Erik Wang (USC Marshall), Felipe, etc. were granted pardon (consultant will not press charges) based on the terms of that year (case by case basis).

10. APURVA JOSHI (2025) - Breaking agreement, AWOL on calls required. Apurva had joined as a waitlist strategy client for Cornell Johnson.

11. IBRAHIM MASSRI (2025) - Breaking agreement. Ibrahim had defaulted on the payment with MBA Conquerors and refused to pay upon informing of the violation.
​
12. BRIAN GEIGER (2024-25) - Broke the payment agreement. Consultants reported attempts to exploit the resources of the company. Brian had reported receiving admits from Chicago Booth, Yale and WashU Olin.

12. SAWYEEM PATHAN (2025) - Violating the agreement on payment. Attempting to dictate the terms of service upon further attempting to communicate on the same.
​
13. DARSHIT TALAVIA (2024-25) - Allegedly misrepresenting and providing misinformation to the company. Please note that this misrepresentation is not the same as misrepresenting on their MBA Applications- although the credibility has already taken a hit for MBA Conquerors. Darshit had reached out to MBA Conquerors multiple times for services for different schools.

14. VIPUL DIVYANSHU (2023-24) - While Vipul is one of our most successful flagship client who had dual Harvard & Stanford admits, consultant has reported that there was a discrepancy in the words, making it grounds for misrepresenting the character to MBA Conquerors. While no charges have been pressed for minor offense​, MBA Conquerors had to blacklist Vipul. Note that misrepresentation of character to MBA Conquerors doesn't necessarily mean misrepresenting on the MBA Applications.
